At The Threader, all orders must be paid in full before production or shipping begins. This ensures we can allocate the necessary resources to produce your custom items with the care and attention they deserve.
Payment Terms:

We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and approved purchase orders (for business accounts).

No order will be scheduled for production until full payment is received and cleared.

Proofs or mockups will only be finalized and approved once payment has been confirmed.

The Threader is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipping once an order has left our facility. All custom orders are final sale. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details, including artwork and shipping information, are correct before finalizing payment. By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms outlined in our Shipping and Payment Policy.
